Patient centered, holistic approach to diet, taking into consideration one's lifestyle factors that could affect their food choices, such as activity levels, environment, or the presence of chronic disease. This diet is tailored to your unique needs. As a provider, I want to ensure you are nourishing your body. As an experienced competitive athlete, and Nurse Practitioner, I will work closely with you to build a personalized program that will include gut health, nutrition, lifestyle modifications, exercise program, comprehensive labs, and if needed, weight loss medication. Virtual visits are also available for our weight loss program if you live in Washington state
